Local On Demand (Channel 600)
There is a new FREE Favorite On Demand (FOD) channel available called Local On Demand on channel 600. Local On Demand is different from every other FOD channel that we offer because the programming is produced locally or of interest to residents in Central Indiana. The programs on Local On Demand is not received nationally like other FOD channels; instead we work with various local partners around the city and around our community to provide programming of local and general interest for this channel.
Overview of Local On Demand:
Local On Demand will contain content from a variety of local providers that will grow over time. Initially we will have programming from WFYI (PBS), WTHR (NBC), Doingindy.com, Indianapolis Convention & Visitors Association (ICVA), Indiana Black Expo’s 360 Degrees youth programming and more.
Local On Demand will provide viewers a unique way to watch local programming on their schedule for free.
